    That not so unusual for OTC stocks since many times trades are made just for the sake of trading. That is why I tend to stay away from these and you should to. In this case, the company paid off a note in 4Q08 by issuing 70 millions shares of stock at less than 1/10th of a penny. With this kind of shenanigans going on, it’s a good idea to bail on this. Read their 8k issued 2/4/09.
